The History

The property was originally built in the 1890’s as a boarding house. Tom and Melanie are now the third generation of the Petherick family to own the house and for the last 4 years they have refurbished it the style of a Hamptons beach house - bleached wood, pale tones, fresh vision and lots of style. The painted floorboards, chalky soft walls and painted French furniture add to the tranquil atmosphere.
