The Location
The property is situated in a mews which is very quiet and with no passing traffic. It is situated within a 2 minute walk of Hyde Park and 5 minutes from both Paddington rail station/ Heathrow express link and Oxford Street. It is 200 yards from the London open top bus stop and 3 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station under the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
The History
As is typical with all Mews houses, the property started life in the late 1700s as a coach house and stables, with servants quarters above and it is thought to have been converted to a mews house in the early 1900’s. The property once served the large stucco fronted houses which overlook Hyde Park.

There is no garden with the property however the entrance to the large open space of Hyde Park is only a 2 minute walk away. The nearest public car park is next to the Royal Lancaster Hotel, a 3 minute walk away. A 24 hour ticket costs £35 |
