Tyringham House is a detached property occupying a large grounds with an indoor pool and tennis court in peaceful rural setting on the edge of a hamlet. The House is very well appointed and lying equidistant between central London and Birmingham it is easily accessible for a weekend break or for corporate meeting. There are intercity trains to Milton Keynes and Luton Airport is a 30 minute drive.

The Location
Tyringham is situated miles in the Great Ouse Valley 4 miles west of the attractive market town of Olney, between Northampton and Newport Pagnell and just 10 minutes from the M1. The village lies off a quiet lane in rolling countryside dotted with honey coloured stone villages, scenery which is similar in appearance to the Cotswolds.

The property is Edwardian. It has been furnished in a country house style to a high standard.

The House can sleep up to 10 guests in double bedrooms.

The Grounds:
The property enjoys 7 acres of private grounds with no neighbours. To the side of the House are large lawns interspersed with shrubs with unrestricted views across fields. The grounds also include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna in a large detached chalet, a summerhouse and tennis court. Guests will have unrestricted use of both facilities during their stay. Guests should note that the housekeeper and her husband live in a self-contained annex attached to the rear of the property and privacy will be respected at all times. Ample parking. |
